MAXQDA学生许可证-许可协议
学生许可证是适用学生的折扣许可证，可供符合以下条件的学生和博士候选人购买。
1. 个人许可证
Student licenses are personal licenses, which can only be purchased by students or Ph.D. candidates who verify their student status during the order process. Student licenses may only be used by the purchaser and may never be sold to a non-student or in some way be shared with them. The purchase is limited to one license per person.
学生许可证是个人许可证，只能由学生或博士候选人购买，在订购过程中验证其学生身份。学生许可证只能由购买者使用，不得出售给非学生或以某种方式与他们共享。每人只能购买一个许可证。
2.
发票收件人
The recipient of the invoice and the delivery must be the student with their private address. The purchase of student licenses by institutions is not permitted.
发票和收货的收件人必须是有其私人地址的学生。不允许机构购买学生许可证。
3.仅用于私人计算机
The license offers full functionality and may be installed on private computers only. The semester license (6 months) can be installed on one computer. The student license (24 months) can be installed on two computers. Both licenses can be transferred to new computers anytime by using the regular license transfer.
该许可证提供全部功能，并且只能安装在私人计算机上。 学期许可证（6个月）可以安装在一台计算机上。 学生许可证（24个月）可以安装在两台计算机上。 通过使用常规许可证转移，可以随时将两个许可证转移到新计算机。
4.仅供私人使用
The use of a student license is limited to private purposes (i.e. course work, preparations for qualifications, etc.). The use for professional activities and commercial purposes is prohibited.

5.不具备升级资格
Student licenses cannot be upgraded to new versions. If a new version of MAXQDA is published, it is not possible to upgrade student licenses with a price reduction. If the student status is still current, students can purchase a new student license for the new version.
学生许可证不能升级到新版本。 如果发布了新版本的MAXQDA，则无法通过折扣价格升级学生许可证。 如果当前状态仍是学生，则可以购买新版本的新学生许可证。
6.有效期
Student licenses are valid for 6 or 24 months starting from the date of purchase. All licenses may be extended by purchasing another student license.
学生许可证从购买之日起有效期为6或24个月。所有许可证都可以通过购买另一个学生许可证来延长。
